Sam placed fourth in the Shot Put at the MAC Championship with a throw of 41'5".  Sam is the first FHS student to throw over 40'.  He also ran the 4x100 and the 200 meter dash at the meet.  Sam has matured throughout the season and he really showed leadership in the second half of our season.  Our throwers have all benefitted from his presence.
