Field Studies
The Field Studies program at Flint Hill School is a unique program designed to provide students with experiences that embrace the world outside of the classroom. These experiences are designed to foster teambuilding, leadership, independence, confidence, and self-knowledge. Students explore the riches of the region in trips that include visits to historical sites as well as camping and hiking. Reflection is an important element of the field studies program, and students are encouraged to articulate ways in which their emotional, physical, and cognitive development is influenced by their experiences. The focus on individual achievement creates a safe environment for personal growth and success.
