Happy New Year, Huskies!

I hope that you had an enjoyable and restful winter break. My family and I were able to get away for the beginning of the break, followed by lots of togetherness (mostly due to winter cold and flu circulating among us within the home – which has also kept me at home with a fever so far this week).  

While January represents the turn of a calendar page, it is also the time when we prepare for re-enrollment for the following school year. Tomorrow, families will receive a communication from our Board of Trustees related to tuition information for the 2023-24 school year. It will also include an invitation for you to join me, as well as our Associate Head of School for Finance & Operations, Anne Peterson, for our annual budget coffee on Thursday, January 12, at 8:15 a.m. to learn more about your investment in a one-of-a-kind Flint Hill experience for your student(s). I hope you can make it! Very soon, families will also receive detailed information regarding the re-enrollment process for the 2023-24 school year, which begins in earnest in February. 

I hope you can join us for the budget coffee next week, and I appreciate every Husky’s commitment to Flint Hill – our community, core values and bright future. Whether next year will be your second year at Flint Hill (like me and my family) or the culmination of a 14-year JK-12 experience, I am excited for what’s to come for our Husky Team.
