From the Parents’ Association

Greetings Flint Hill Families,

As president of the Parents’ Association, may I be among the first to say “welcome” to our new Husky families and “welcome back” to our returning families. I hope you have all had a wonderful summer and are enjoying these last few weeks before we begin what I am sure will be a fantastic 2021-22 school year!

As the parent of a senior, who has attended Flint Hill since Kindergarten, I have been a part of this community for many years and am so honored to be serving as your president this year. I spent most of the summer in Turkey with my extended family, and while it has been wonderful, I am truly looking forward to being back in the U.S. and on campus with you all! Being away reminded me of how important community is. I am committed to sharing the warmth and friendship of the Flint Hill family with you this year. I’ll be sharing opportunities throughout the year — whether you have a little time or a lot, there is something for everyone. Whether it’s volunteering at a school event, meeting for coffee, or spending our time at a local food pantry, I want to connect you with fellow parents.

Keep reading the newsletter each week, and please, reach out to me with any questions or wonderful stories about parent life at Flint Hill!

Go Huskies!
