Message From Division Director
We are excited to resume athletic competitions this week and to announce next week’s Middle School play. Under the direction of Ms. Kirsten McKinney, the cast and crew of “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare” have been hard at work since November and impressively navigated numerous interruptions to the rehearsal schedule. We are offering shows next week at 7 p.m. in the Olson Theater on the Lower School Campus — Thursday, February 3, and Friday, February 4. We hope you will be able to attend one of the performances. Tickets are free and reservations can be made here.
It was refreshing to write a paragraph that didn’t focus on health protocols! And I wanted to note that, after a week of eating lunch in advisories to ensure small groups, we have resumed a more flexible plan that allows students to mix differently. We will continue to balance reasonable mitigation strategies with the need for the interpersonal connections that make our middle school experience special.
