STUDENT SUPPORT
When a student’s school experience is enhanced by strong relationships, mentoring and support, they can take control of their learning, balance the demands of modern student life and step boldly into their chosen path for the future.
Flint Hill values different learning styles and the uniqueness of each child. With that, we intentionally maintain smaller class sizes (typically 18 or fewer students per class). We hire teachers who are experts in their fields and gifted in connecting with students. We have a Learning Center and Counseling Center for students who may need extra support either academically or emotionally.
With four full-time college counselors, five mental health professionals and a team of learning and subject matter specialists, students in all three divisions are well supported in understanding how they learn, maintaining their social-emotional health and navigating the path to college.
