Anjali Singh Code ’02 - Chief Development Officer at Malala Fund

Anjali is a global nonprofit leader with more than two decades of experience expanding access to rights and opportunity for women, children, and girls around the world. Her work centers on mobilizing resources, building coalitions, and helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact through thoughtful strategy, compelling storytelling, and strong partnerships. 

She currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Malala Fund, the global organization founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai to champion girls’ education. In this role, Anjali leads global fundraising and strategic partnerships to support girls and young women advocating for education around the world. Previously, Anjali served as Chief Advancement Officer at Convergence and led business development and communications for Nadia’s Initiative, founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Nadia Murad, helping galvanize international support for survivors of sexual violence and genocide. 

Earlier in her career, Anjali held leadership roles at the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign, where she built innovative partnerships to help combat malaria, and in the Bloomberg Administration, where she worked across early education, juvenile justice, and child welfare initiatives in New York City. Anjali holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management.

Arrival and Ceremony Details

Seniors

Seniors should park in the Peterson Middle School parking lot, entering via Oakton Road. If you are driving your senior, please drop them off at the Upper School circle. Seniors should arrive promptly by 8:00 a.m. for rehearsal. Light brunch will be provided.

Families and Guests

Tickets are not required to attend and there is no restriction on the number of guests per student. The livestream will begin promptly at 9:55 a.m. on this page. Share the link to this webpage — flinthill.org/commencement — to invite others to watch.

Important Reminders:

  • Please do not make any noise makers or air horns.
  • Please think about carpooling if possible, and be sure to plan 15-20 minutes for parking.
  • The ceremony starts at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Late arrival may result in being held depending on the run of the ceremony.

Parking Information

Seniors

Seniors should park in the Peterson Middle School parking lot, entering via Oakton Road. If you are dropping your senior off for rehearsal, please drop them off in the Upper School circle.

Families and Guests

All guests should park in the Upper School parking lots located at 3320 Jermantown Road, Oakton, VA. Parking lot attendants will be available to assist guests.

Guests with Special Needs

Guests with a handicapped parking permit may park in a reserved area of the Upper School parking lot. Parking lot attendants will be available to direct guests to this reserved area. Golf cart shuttles will be available for any guest or party who needs assistance getting to the ceremony site. No advance parking reservations are required nor being taken. There will be a reserved space for guests needing wheelchair seating in the last two rows of floor seating.
