STUDENT DEVICES
All new Middle and Upper students will be issued their school-owned MacBook Air during the first week of school.
ORDERING TEXTBOOKS AND WORKBOOKS
The Flint Hill online bookstore opened Monday, July 28. Free shipping will be available through Sunday, August 10. Middle and Upper School divisional offices emailed a list of scheduled classes for each student on Tuesday, July 22. Please use the emailed course list to verify that the courses listed under the “Shop by Schedule” option are accurate when ordering textbooks. If you have textbook questions, please contact Executive Assistant to the Head of School Wendy Seetaram.
Parents can find their child’s Flint Hill email address within Husky Hub under their student’s profile. All textbook FAQs can be found on the Resource Board.

✅ ORDER SCHOOL ATTIRE NOW
We recommend ordering school dress items now, as orders for items may experience delays later in the summer. The dress guidelines for each division are on the Preparing for the 2025-26 School Year tile on the Husky Hub Resource Board.
The online School Store is your one-stop shop for logo wear, spirit wear, P.E. uniforms, and athletic practice clothing.
A uniform exchange will be offered Wednesday, August 20, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Hazel Lower School.
✅ FILL OUT: REQUIRED STUDENT HEALTH FORMS
The Magnus Health system provides a convenient way for all required health forms to be entered electronically and allows for continuous access to your child’s health record throughout the year. The forms are required for student attendance at orientation, registration, classes, and for participation in all school-sponsored activities such as athletics and field studies.
Student Health Forms are accessible through the Student Health Forms tile of the Resource Board. There is also a link on each checklist of the Preparing for the 2025-26 School Year tile. The deadline to submit health forms is Friday, August 1.
✅ OPTIONAL: THE FLINT HILL CARPOOL NETWORK
To assist families who have an interest in forming a new carpool or adding to an existing one, we launched the carpool availability feature in the Student Directory (under Home City, Home Postal/Zip, and Student Grade). This resource may be especially helpful to new families who are not served by one of our existing bus routes.
