Brain and Balance Bootcamp
Brain and Balance Bootcamp is an experiential, student-centered half-day program that helps students understand how their brains work and build daily habits for thriving in school and life. This program blends brain science with mindfulness exercises, movement breaks, and practical skill-building. Students practice social awareness and interpersonal skills, learn clear communication and emotion regulation strategies, and design simple self-care routines tailored to their lives. We connect these habits to study strategies — planning, focus, memory, and reflection — so students leave with a personalized toolkit for calmer minds, stronger relationships, and effective learning.
